Digital Product Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund Period: Users can request a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Unused and Unopened Products: Digital products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some digital products are marked as final sale and are non-refundable.
Refund Process

- Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested.

Exceptions to Refund
- Downloaded or Accessed Products: No refunds for products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in error or due to a change of mind after product download.

- Cancellation Process: Through account settings or by contacting customer support.
- End-of-Month Cancellation (Yearly Subscriptions): Effective at the end of the month for yearly subscriptions.
- No Refunds for Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds are not offered for recurring subscriptions.
Subscription Changes

Automatic Renewal
